Cancer - Living Through Radiation

Cancer is a great, great part of so many, many lives in those days. And how many of these people are currently in the experience of radiotherapy, I decided to write about this experience in hopes that I can offer support, would have on them.

So, I just want to say that I know what I'm talking about. Been there, done that. To say now that it's over.

This experience, for the most part is as extreme as chemotherapy, but not yetsome discussion of the decision where to go.

For myself, I remember I was there, and suddenly the treatment in the hospital, an emergency room doctor gave me advice for the administration of radiation, referred to as the cause of my emergency room. I was in the midst of radiation therapy.

It occurred to me that the doctor would not agree with the doctor of first aid. The oncologist said it was completely independent and that the ambulance was notSpecialists. Now in my head I've faced the problem that had the paramedics come to me. I was not ready to radiation facilities that day and not the quantity of oncologists would have helped my cause.

I firmly believe that no matter what he says the oncologist, the radiation was bad for me if I thought it was. As the oncologist says, it makes sense to me, but my feeling says otherwise. I went with the nurse and said I could not only treatment that day. I hadI was in balance.

Before this experience, I always felt good, as I had my treatments. I was imagining some exotic beach enjoying a nice breeze of the trade wind, with waves lapping at the beach and palm trees along the coast. I would also imagine that the benefits of radiation for me was to give.

The next day I found myself again. I am a candidate for the treatment and was able to follow my usual routine. I smiled as I walked in silence, was cheerful andconfident. I was a person other than the day before.

It 'very important to honor your feelings. I am honored my feelings. How do you feel is extremely important. Some people benefit from treatment and others not. As with chemotherapy, "I answered very well. I have taken responsibility for how I reacted to treatment. I decided that I could get the best possible results from my treatments. How do you feel makes the difference.

Sitting in the waiting room in your skin doubleClothing Dress, you can meet other patients are waiting for their chance. The settings are extreme. I met some very positive and have been taken to promote and exciting to talk to. The others were very negative, angry people who have nothing to complain, but not.

Not surprisingly, it was the nice people to better results. Were pleasant, because they had better results, or because they had better results because pleasant and focused on the result they wanted? I think they created theirResult.

So if you give me some advice to go with someone about radiation, I would say:

It is not too bad, really is not
It is not always
Each treatment lasts only a few minutes
Focusing on the beautiful Center and staff
Focusing on results that you expect from treatment
Be grateful for all the help of friends and relatives
Festivities in one of the friendly people
Finding someone to have a difficult time and encourage them to
Hopesuccessful

It's all attitude. The hope of getting good results, and if you are working, that is the hope that he expected good results, then you did it. Healthy and good thoughts!
